Every GC body is built to Bus Code AIS 052 and approved by ARAI (Automotive Research Association of India), the standard your bus registration depends on.
Main pillars are GP tubes, 2 mm thick with 120 GSM zinc coating, on a 6 mm channel floor mounting. This is what it looks like before the panels go on.
GPSP sheets throughout: 1 mm roof, 1.2 mm skirt, and an FRP front and rear with GP tubes inside, so the body stands up to rust.
Solid, base or metallic Axalta finish in your own design, like this Khanouri Motors coach. Seating, fabric and fitments are chosen by you.

Our bus body plant is on Barnala Road, near Reliance Petrol Pump, Bhadaur (Distt. Barnala), Punjab 148102 — in the middle of Punjab's bus body building belt. Bhadaur is a short drive from Barnala, Bathinda, Moga, Sangrur and Ludhiana, and an easy day trip from Jalandhar, Patiala and Chandigarh. Our corporate office is in Sector 86, Mohali.

The Spider Sleeper is built two ways: a full sleeper with up to 36 berths, or a seater-cum-sleeper with 24 seats and 24 berths. Our luxury seater coaches take up to 61 seats, and the Hymer and Semi Deluxe up to 41.
